Pottery Workshops


Sculpture workshops with Peter Cimino: Students will be guided through the sculpting techniques for their project. Bisque and Glaze will be included. Participants will receive 8-lbs of clay for their project. Tools are available for purchase.

Workshop runs for 4 weeks from 10am – 2pm on Mondays or Fridays

Bring your vision to life in a three-dimensional form – Animals, Faces, or forms. Join Peter on a whimsical journey to create your own sculpture and learn techniques that can be applied to your own future designs.

Paper Clay workshop with Jerry Bennett: Students will explore and experience new approaches to functional pottery and sculptural forms using paper clay in this 2 day workshop. All Experience Levels are welcome.

Join visiting artist, Jerry Bennett, as he guides you through how to make paper clay and bonding slips for hand-built forms. In this two-day workshop, expand your understanding of this unique material by adding various fibers to the clay to make both functional pottery and sculptural forms.

Jerry Bennett is currently an active studio artist in the Philadelphia area and runs the Two Rivers Studio. He has given workshops and lectures at over fifty colleges, schools and art centers throughout the USA. For additional information please visit www.jerrybennett.net
